AFRICAN STAR PREWORK

Hello STARling!

We are SO EXCITED that you’ll be with us in enchanting Londolozi, South Africa. The days that we will spend together are designed to help you find what I call the Four P’s: deep inner peace, a sense of your purpose, the power to fulfill that purpose, and a practice that you’ll sustain long after our adventure (ideally, your whole life).

To help set the container for the most rewarding experience possible, please send us some information about yourself so we can hit the ground running. The information will only be seen by me and the Master Coaches involved in this STAR, and we take confidentiality VERY seriously. If you share this information with other participants, that’s up to you; however, we won’t share anything without your explicit permission.

That said, in my experience, the more open we are about ourselves in coaching situations, the more positive change and forward progress we make. As you answer the following questions, please check in with yourself to see what you WANT to communicate. Don’t say anything that will make you feel terribly vulnerable, but do be brave if your instincts tell you to share certain experiences or insights.

In short, these questions help guide us toward the greatest shifts possible so that your wildest dreams can come true.

PREWORK QUESTIONS

Your answers should be submitted via the online form provided below. Since it has to be completed in one sitting, we strongly suggest that you craft your answers first in a Word, Pages, Google Doc (or another word processing type application) and then copy them into this form so that you don’t lose your work.
