As we are jumping into practicum hours, I wanted to hear thoughts people have on asking for feedback in our coaching encounters. I have had 2 thoughts.

1 is to just open to a bit of debrief at the end of each session, as people know I am doing this as practicum.

I am interested in pursuing some advanced coaching tools alongside the Wayfinder program, and specifically in the Enneagram. I’d love to connect with anyone who is working on something similar. Has anyone done any Enneagram specific certification or training that you would recommend?
