Bio | Hi All. Kerrigan O’Connell here. I have lived in Denver, CO for 24 years, but am originally from Chapel Hill, NC, and still consider that “home” in many ways. I hold a masters degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt and undergraduate degree in Spanish/Latin American studies (with a minor in Anthropology) from University of Richmond, VA. My career has been in Talent & Organizational Development (leadership dev, team effectiveness, culture crafting) within global organizations. I love working with global teams (other cultures fascinate me) and building rewarding places to work. I am also an ICF certified coach (and am very much looking forward to this program to help strengthen my skills and broaden my perspective!) As of July, I have been self-employed and am building my consulting and coaching business, with a focus on working with mission-driven companies. That said, I am wanting to add to my portfolio an offering that is geared toward individuals (vs corporations) — and women in particular — to help identify purpose and navigate life in a way that feels fulfilling, empowering, and true. (Hence – Wayfinder Life Coaching!) In many ways, this is coming full circle for me as that is actually what I went to graduate school for all those years ago… I have recently started Yoga Teacher Training — something I have wanted to do for about 20 years, and finally decided to make happen. Following one’s bliss is something I highly recommend. In my spare time – I am a dog mama to Amos Lee (Great Pyr/St Bernard mix) and just said goodbye to my beloved Otis Redding last week (Great Pyr/Boxer mix). I spend a lot of time at live concerts at Red Rocks, reading spiritual/personal development text, traveling the world, and figuring out how to add the most value to this world that need so, so (so) much healing.
