I’m based in Dallas and currently in a season of reorganizing my life after divorce. I’m endlessly curious about human nature and how we can live to our fullest potential. I’m drawn to guiding others through life transitions and exploring the inner landscape that shapes how we grow.

I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people to change, heal, and rediscover themselves. After walking through my own transformation, I’ve come to believe that growth begins with awareness and the courage to look inward. My future-self’s coaching style is reflective and compassionate, creating a space where people can connect to their truth, learn to trust themselves, and move through change with intention and grace.

I’m especially passionate about supporting people in times of transition—those moments when life feels uncertain, yet full of possibility. Outside of learning to be a life-coach, I’m a big tea belly, a seeker of connection, beauty, and good mood lighting. I feel most alive in nature, around like-minded souls, and under a beautiful sunset.
