I am a lifelong lover of adventure, literature, writing, and pursuing knowledge and personal growth. I love mysteries, true crime, history, philosophy, archaeology, traveling, treasure hunts and old houses (especially renovating them)! My curiosity, hope and boundless enthusiasm for life have been my trusted guides through the myriad chapters of my life. My relationships with my family and friends inspire me, stimulate me, feed me and ground me. They motivate me to keep letting go of what I thought I knew, in order to love and connect with more authenticity, depth and humility and joy.

My professional background is in television production and content development, and writing. I have also taught English as a Special Education teacher, and found that my favorite part of teaching was encouraging students to believe in, find and fully embrace their own unique gifts and potential. Or, as I now think of it thanks to Martha, their North Star! This discovery led to my decision to become a life coach, and enroll in this course.

Ever evolving, I now seek to more fully understand and embrace my current life challenges and situation, and in so doing, learn how to assist others in doing the same with compassion, grace, and humility.
