Hello everyone! I am a Master certified Life Coach and Instructor for MBI and a founding member of the Wayfinder Psychedelic Collective. I work with clients to foster the powerful integration of the Human Experience and the Soul Experience through writing, untangling the nuances of our perspectives to access personal development with the guidance from the Essential Self. I’m an author, a labyrinthian, a somatic witness, and a proponent of energy healing using Reiki and Ho’oponopono in my coaching practice. I live in Colorado alongside my three adult children and harmonize my own Human and Soul experiences through writing, hiking, skiing, and discovering natural hot springs.
